1. Website & Services
Upper East Side Tan provides tanning, spray tanning, red light therapy, memberships, and related services. Services, pricing, availability, membership benefits, and policies are subject to change at any time.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and salon policies.
2. Memberships, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Memberships are subject to the terms and conditions presented at the time of enrollment. Membership fees, renewal dates, cancellation policies, and applicable restrictions will be communicated during the enrollment process.
Auto-Renewal & Payment Authorization: By enrolling in a membership, you expressly authorize Upper East Side Tan to charge your selected payment method at the specified billing interval (e.g., monthly) for your membership fees until you cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Your membership will automatically renew at the applicable membership rate unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information associated with your account.
Cancellation: In compliance with New York law, if you signed up for a Membership online, you may cancel your Membership online.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your account through Boulevard or by visiting

Cancellation will stop future recurring Membership charges. Any cancellation will be subject to the effective date and terms of the applicable Membership agreement.
UV Tanning Membership Eligibility: UV tanning members must be 18 years of age or older. By enrolling in a UV tanning membership or using UV tanning services, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Valid identification may be required to verify age.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be subject to availability and salon-specific policies. Customers are responsible for arriving on time and following applicable appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Upper East Side Tan, you consent to receive text messages related to our services and your account.
